Classic Car Fair Madrid: my unforgettable experience in the ClassicMadrid 2025 Hall.
You need to feel this emotion when you cross the entrance of the ClassicMadrid 2025 Hall.
Imagine for a moment being surrounded by the cars you've always dreamed of, the ones that filled your walls in poster form as a teenager. Well, that's exactly how my arrival at the most anticipated fair of the year for classic car lovers went.
Upon entering, the first thing that hit me was that special smell we know so well: a unique blend of aged leather, petrol and polished metal.
It was like traveling back in time to a golden age of motorsports. My heart was beating fast, almost as fast as those vintage engines I was about to discover in just a few more steps.
Iconic cars I had the pleasure of knowing
Aston Martin DB5
I started walking slowly, enjoying every second, without any hurry. Suddenly, amidst the crowd, an impressive Aston Martin DB5, just like James Bond's. I couldn't help but walk up close and stand there, admiring its chrome details. Every reflection seemed to tell me a story of adventure and British elegance.
As I admired that legendary car, a gentleman approached me with a friendly smile. He told me he had invested almost 10 years in restoring it. Hearing his passion was as exciting as seeing the car itself.
I'm telling you seriously: These conversations make the experience in ClassicMadrid is truly unique.
1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500
I continued walking, and just when I thought I had seen the most spectacular thing, a 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500, painted midnight blue. I stopped immediately, unable to move. There it was, perfect, as if it had just come out of the factory.
Its owner noticed my fascination and invited me to sit inside. Feeling that leather seat, the original steering wheel in my hands, was something incredible, something that can't easily be described with words.
I had to take some photos of this gem and I'm going to share one here with you, just to appreciate a little the beauty of this icon.

Other classics I loved at the fair
But this show wasn't just about shiny, perfect cars; there were also fascinating stories behind each restoration.
In a corner, somewhat away from the main noise, I found a Citroën DS19, known as "The Shark"It was restored in an elegant cream color.
Its owner, moved, shared with me the adventure of bringing it from France and recovering each original piece. He told me something I'll never forget: "Restoring a classic car is like rescuing a piece of history.".
As I continued, I discovered more hidden gems. The atmosphere was fantastic, filled with people who shared the same love for these unique cars.
In fact, I quickly felt at home, chatting with strangers as if we were lifelong friends. That's what collectors are like, isn't it? We're united by a passion that transcends any differences.
A complete fair
The fair also had a market area, where you could find everything from rare spare parts to vintage accessories that would transport you back in time.
It was there that I found an original flyer for my old project. Porsche 911The thrill of finding that piece I'd been searching for for so long was indescribable. I felt like I'd discovered a real treasure, like a kid on Three Kings' Day.
I was also able to attend truly interesting talks on the restoration and preservation of classic vehicles. I learned techniques and tricks that I will definitely put into practice. These encounters reminded me that, beyond their economic value, preserving these cars has enormous cultural and emotional value.
But the big surprise was waiting for me near the end. When I thought I had seen it all, a beautiful scene appeared before my eyes. Ferrari 250 GTO, one of the most valuable and rare cars in the world.
I stood transfixed in front of it, admiring every curve, every detail. The owner, aware of the impact it had, smiled proudly and told me about the journey to acquire and restore it. His story was the perfect ending to an emotionally charged day.
When leaving the ClassicMadrid HallI felt like I had experienced something much more than just a car show. It was a day filled with genuine emotions, encounters with wonderful people, and valuable learning.
I clearly understood why I love this world of classic cars so much. Not only because of the beauty of these vehicles, but because behind each car lies a human story, effort, passion, and dedication.
Now, as I write this, I still I can feel that mix of nostalgia and happiness that only events like ClassicMadrid can offer.
If you're like me and your heart beats faster at the sound of a classic engine, you can't miss the next edition. Because beyond beautiful cars, what's truly worthwhile is sharing that passion with those who understand exactly how we feel.
Definitely, ClassicMadrid 2025 It has been an unforgettable experience that I will always keep in my memory, eagerly awaiting the next meeting to relive all these emotions.
